Herbal Codfish

My girlfriend and her hubby shared with me a wonderful recipe to steam codfish, it is so tasty. I love it till I have the craving to cook it weekly. But a bit expensive wor...

Ingredients:
Codfish
Seasoning - soya sauce, pepper, seasame oil, huatiow wine
Herbs - tang gui 2-3 slices, wolfberries, etc
Ginger - sliced/ shredded
Garlic - chopped
Spring onion - ganish

Methods:
Marinate the codfish with seasoning for few minutes. Add all other ingredients and steam till cooked. Yummy!!!

Ah, have to cook with tang gui..then Alvin won't eat it because he thinks tang gui is for women. We love codfish too..but usually cook it with porridge for Qianyi. We used to cook codfish very often, just marinate it and toast it.:p

kuwaii, charge your head! :P Cook ah, maybe 1 day we can gather at someone's place to whip up a feast...hehehe...

kelly, dang gui has "bu xue" properties n women tend to have that every month but not neccessary only women can take. My hubby and I love the smell/taste of dang gui. Codfish very nice but very expensive too :(
